Another busy weekend of volleyball across West Texas delivered a little bit of everything, but the biggest milestone belonged to Bushland head coach Jason Culpepper, who picked up career win No. 900 as the Lady Falcons swept Dalhart. Lubbock Cooper survived a five set road battle at Frenship Memorial, Childress outlasted Idalou in five, while Tascosa, Amarillo High, Randall, Canyon and West Plains continued to make their moves in district play.

COOPER SURVIVES A FIVE SET ROAD BATTLE AT MEMORIAL! šš„
Lubbock Cooper looked to be in control after taking the opening set 25-14, but Frenship Memorial answered by winning the next two and putting the Lady Pirates on the ropes. Cooper responded when it mattered most, forcing a fifth with a 25-19 win before taking control of the deciding set to finish off the road victory.
